THE ADOC example of how quick and inexpensive Design-Build is turned into a complete disaster for Montgomery Co, PA.

In 2012 the DOC provided  a comparative baseline example of their design-build prison construction plan. It was a complete failure.

This Design-Build project was at least $30,000,000 over budget and 2.5 years late.

This should not be the example that we follow.
